If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- A roundtrip hotel transfer is provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and nearby areas.
- Pickup from areas outside these central locations can be arranged on request, sometimes with an additional charge.
- Moderate dress, with shoulders and knees covered, is required for the visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
- Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location.
- During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted by law.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during the transfer.
- Lunch, shopping, and other personal expenses on-site during the tour are the guest's own responsibility unless a lunch-inclusive option is selected.
