Booking Dubai from India usually means choosing between three unsatisfying options. A local travel agent will hold your hand and quote in rupees, but the markup is invisible, the choice is whatever they have a relationship with, and there are no reviews to check. A global booking site will show you three hundred options priced in dirhams, take a foreign card, and have no idea what Jain food is. Or you can wait and book at the hotel desk in Dubai, at a twenty to fifty percent premium, from whichever operator pays the concierge the most.

The things Indian families actually ask about are treated as first-class product features rather than notes in a form. Dietary requirements are a filter: pure vegetarian, Jain without onion and garlic, and halal each narrow the results to suppliers who have confirmed it with their kitchen, and the confirmation is printed on your voucher so nobody at the venue can claim they were not told. Suitability is a filter too, a gentle desert safari with no dune bashing is its own bookable variant rather than something you have to negotiate with a driver who is already halfway to Al Lahbab.
Payment works the way it does at home. UPI is the first and largest option at checkout, not an afterthought below the international card fields. Cards, netbanking, wallets and EMI on larger bookings are all supported. If you live in the UAE, prices switch to dirhams automatically and your UAE card works normally, a detail that most India-focused sites get wrong and that matters enormously if you are the family member in Dubai who books everything when relatives visit.
