If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Sites visited vary by day: Tuesday to Sunday departures include BAPS Mandir, while Monday departures instead add a Corniche drive, Emirates Palace and the Islamic Art Gallery.
- Your Ferrari World entry ticket and tour voucher are handed to you by your guide or driver on the day of travel.
- Dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and other religious or cultural sites.
- Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and nearby areas).
- Avoid photographing people without their permission, particularly in more conservative areas.
- Lunch, shopping, drinks and dining on-site during the tour are at your own expense.
- Eating, drinking and smoking inside the transfer vehicle is not permitted.
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
