Where to meet

Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport along with your downloaded ticket for entry.
- Arrive 30 to 60 minutes early to get through the entry process.
- Children and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
- External food is not allowed; only food and drinks bought from Ain Dubai's own lounge or concessions are permitted.
- Ain Dubai can close during sandstorms, rain, heavy winds or technical issues.
- Non-Peak Timings: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Peak Timings: 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM; hours subject to change.
- Ain Dubai closes 30 minutes before the park's closing time.
- Cabins are fully air-conditioned throughout the ride.
