Meeting point: Dubai hotel or residence (pickup); Dubai International Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3 (drop-off)
Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- This is a one-way transfer from your Dubai hotel or residence to the airport
- Carry a valid ID or passport for the transfer
- Oversized or excess baggage is accepted subject to available storage space in the vehicle
- Share your flight timing details in advance for accurate scheduling
- This service covers Terminals 1, 2, and 3 of Dubai International Airport only
- Keep a minimum of 3.5 hours between your flight's departure time and your pickup from the hotel or residence
- If you do not report within the given time, it is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund
- Limousine and luxury vehicle upgrades are available for an additional charge
