Meeting point: Dubai International Airport arrivals area (all three terminals)
Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- This is a one-way transfer from the airport to your hotel or chosen address
- Carry a valid ID or passport for the transfer
- Share your flight timing details in advance so the driver is ready to meet you
- Oversized or excess baggage is accepted subject to available storage space in the vehicle
- If you do not report within the given time, it is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund
- Limousine and luxury vehicle upgrades are available for an additional charge
- Keep about three hours between your flight's arrival time and your booked pickup slot, to allow for immigration and baggage claim
