If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid photo ID or passport with you for the day.
- Transfers are provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina) as per the option selected.
- Provide detailed pickup information in advance for a smooth pickup from your location.
- Some sites on the route may be closed for visits on certain days or weekends; the operator holds no responsibility and no compensation is given in such cases.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during the transfer.
- Al Ain National Heritage, Al Ain Fort, and the Archaeological Park are closed on Mondays and Fridays.
