If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.

- Waiting time for transfers is approximately 15 minutes
- Pickup time may vary depending on your location and traffic conditions
- Your selected time slot is the pickup time from your location (hotel, residence, or airport)
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer; no refund for unused or partially used services
