If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid photo ID or passport. It must be shown at the entrance.
- Entry is confirmed instantly after booking, and you can use either a mobile or a printed voucher.
- The museum spans 21 houses across a large historic district, so plan for a few hours to see the main pavilions.
- Museum tours and guide commentary are available in English and Arabic.
- There is no refund for partially used services.
- If your booking includes a transfer, eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Museum hours run approximately 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, but it is worth checking current timing on the official website before your visit.
