If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.

Before you book

  • Carry a valid ID or passport during your visit.

  • A visit takes about 90 minutes on average.
  • Last admission is at 11:00 pm.
  • There is no refund for unused or partially used tickets.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the museum.
  • Re-entry is not permitted once you leave.
  • Outside food and drinks cannot be brought into the museum.
  • The venue can refuse entry for non-compliance with its rules.

It is the first large-scale digital art space in the MENA region, located inside Dubai Mall. Its 14 exhibitions are built around the theme Eternal Nature and combine light, sound and scent across a 2,800 square meter space, taking about 90 minutes to walk through.
