- Bring a valid photo ID or passport, which must be shown at entry.
- Your booking confirmation is valid only for the date and time slot selected.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used tickets.
- Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises.
- Rayna Tours and the venue are not responsible for loss, injury or damage sustained during your visit.
- The venue can refuse entry for non-compliance with its rules and regulations.
- The Boardwalk near Burj Khalifa closes throughout December each year for New Year's Eve arrangements.
