If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid photo ID or passport; it must be shown at the entrance.
- The Rooftop menu is subject to availability and can change without prior notice.
- The restaurant is located on the third floor at the Burj Club.
- Your booking is valid only for the selected date and time slot.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during a transfer journey.
- There are no refunds for unused or partially used services.
- Food and beverages brought from outside are not allowed inside the premises.
- The venue can refuse entry for non-compliance with its rules.
- If your transfer runs late, consider alternate transport to make your slot; refund requests for transfer delays can be raised afterward.
- The Boardwalk area is closed throughout December for New Year arrangements.
