If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Roundtrip hotel transfer is provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Marina.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back problems.
- Wear comfortable long pants and closed-toe shoes to prevent saddle rubbing during the ride.
- Bring sun protection such as sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat, since the ride takes place in open desert.
- The one-hour camel ride happens at the desert camp; the full outing, including transfer, typically runs from around 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Add-ons such as a quad bike ride or sandboarding can be booked at the camp if you would like to extend your time in the desert.
- Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back problems.
