If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport
- The slot time given is an approximate pick-up time
- Pickup occurs 1 to 1.5 hours before the chosen slot
- The driving experience is 60 minutes
- Pickup includes shared transfers from Dubai; please provide your pickup location when booking
- Wear comfortable, casual/sports attire (e.g., trainers, shorts, T-shirt)
- No heavy luggage allowed
- Not recommended for pregnant individuals or those with back issues
- Helmets are mandatory for all participants
- Follow the guide's instructions at all times; non-compliance, including drifting and over speeding, may result in cancellation without a refund
- An indemnity form must be signed before starting
- Minimum age to drive a BUGGY is 20 years
- Minimum age to drive a QUAD BIKE is 16 years
- Minimum passenger age is 6 years
- A valid, original driving license from your home country must be presented physically
- No refund for partially utilized services
