If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Bring a valid official ID
- Pickup time is the time slot you select at booking; pickup is usually 60 to 90 minutes before that slot
- You are collected from your location in a hotel transfer arranged at booking
- The driving session itself lasts 60 minutes
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and avoid bringing heavy luggage
- Drivers must be at least 20 years old; other passengers must be at least 6 years old
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back issues
- Helmets are compulsory and must be worn throughout the ride
- Follow your guide's instructions; drifting, over-speeding or reckless driving will result in the ride being cancelled
- You will be asked to sign an indemnity form before starting the ride
- No refund is given if the experience is partially used
- Drivers must be at least 20 years old
- Other passengers must be at least 6 years old
- Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back issues
