If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- If your location is far from the pickup points, our operations team will coordinate pickup with you.
- Pregnant women or people with back problems are not recommended for this tour.
- A food menu link is provided at booking so you can see what is served.
- Participants in the quad bike activity must be at least 18 years old and have a basic understanding of driving.
- Transfer timings may shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your location.
- Eating, drinking and smoking inside the transfer vehicle is not permitted.
- Pregnant women or people with back problems are not recommended
