If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the departure time.
- Where a transfer is included, it is provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- A food menu and a beverages menu link are provided at booking so you can see what is served.
- The buffet dinner features a mix of local and international cuisine.
- Transfer timings may shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your location.
- On dry days, entertainment is paused and alcohol is not served, in line with UAE government guidelines.
- Eating, drinking and smoking inside the transfer vehicle is not permitted.
