If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport with you during the activity.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests joining a swim or deep-water program should be confident swimmers; the deep-water area is around 5.5 metres deep.
- Hotel transfer from areas outside central Dubai can be arranged on request, subject to a surcharge.
- Do not wear accessories such as watches or earrings during any dolphin or sea lion activity, as they can injure the animals.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your session to collect your wristband at the ticketing counter; buggies take you to the program location.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during any tour that includes a transfer.
- Please Note: For a limited period, Lost World Animal interactions will now include complimentary waterpark admission ticket for all guests
