If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
- If you choose a hotel transfer, pickup is available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina); other areas on request with a surcharge.
- Transfer timings can vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Pregnant women and children under 2 years are not allowed.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian during the visit.
- The venue is not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.
- There is no refund for partly used services.
- The service provider is not responsible if any part of the attraction is unavailable due to technical issues or weather conditions.
- If you use the hotel transfer, eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the vehicle.
