Pickup & transfers
Meeting point: Burj Lake departure point, Downtown Dubai (near Burj Khalifa)
Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Bring a valid photo ID or passport, as it may need to be shown at the entrance.
- Your booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time slot.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- A roundtrip hotel transfer, when selected, is available only from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Marina.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises.
- Rayna Tours and the venue are not responsible for loss, injury or damage sustained during the visit.
- Entry can be refused for non-compliance with venue rules and regulations.
- If a booked transfer is delayed, consider alternative transport to arrive on time; refund requests for transfer issues can be raised afterward.
