If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Bring a valid photo ID or passport, required for entry at Dubai Frame.
- Transfer pickup timings and coverage areas can vary; if your hotel is outside central Dubai, confirm pickup arrangements with our team when booking.
- Animals, pets, toys and sharp tools are not allowed inside Dubai Frame.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction.
- Wear respectful attire for your visit.
- Avoid touching items displayed in the galleries.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children under 3 and people of determination, along with two companions, get free entry to Dubai Frame.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside transfer vehicles, where a transfer is included.
