If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- This is a one-way transfer service; book a separate transfer for the return leg.
- Carry a valid ID or passport during the transfer.
- Share detailed pickup and drop-off location information for a smooth transfer.
- Oversized or excess baggage is carried subject to available storage space.
- Failing to report at the agreed time is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
- Waiting time at pickup is approximately 15 minutes.
- Pickup time may vary depending on your pickup location.
- The service operates approximately between 8:30 am and 10:30 pm.
