Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a photo ID, since it may be requested at entry.
- Transfers, where booked, are arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used services once the visit has started.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the parks.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park.
- Transfer timings may shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your pickup location.
- Some rides or attractions may be closed for maintenance or upgrades on any given day.
- LEGOLAND Water Park is closed on Wednesdays.
- Confirm which parks your specific ticket option covers before you travel to the venue.
