If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- A paid shuttle service inside the park can be used to move between zones.
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; shoulders and knees should be covered.
- Do not feed or tease the animals, and do not litter inside the park.
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, balloons, balls, toy guns and flash photography are not allowed.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
- Alcoholic drinks are not permitted inside the park.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Last entry at the main gate is at 6.30 pm.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the transfer vehicle.
