Where to meet
Meeting point: Etisalat counter in the arrivals area at Dubai Airport Terminal 1, 2 or 3, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Sharjah International Airport, or any Etisalat store in the UAE.
Before you book
- You must be 18 or older to be issued this SIM card.
- Bring your original passport and UAE tourist visa when collecting the SIM.
- Collection points: Dubai Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3, Abu Dhabi International Airport and Sharjah International Airport (arrivals area), or any Etisalat store in the UAE.
- You can choose between an e-SIM or a tri-cut physical SIM when you collect it.
- Plans combine local and international minutes as flexible minutes.
- Voice and video calling through apps such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook is restricted, since UAE law does not permit VoIP services.
- This service is available only to tourists visiting the UAE, not residents.
- Outside the airport, only a limited number of stores sell SIM cards to tourists.
- Must be 18 or older to be issued this SIM card.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity; no refund after that.
