If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used tickets.
- ATMs, prayer rooms, baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, lockers, and strollers are available at an extra charge on-site.
- The operator is not responsible for a ride being non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle for tours booked with a transfer option.
