If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport with you throughout the tour.
- Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and nearby areas).
- If your location is far from the pickup points, our operations team will coordinate pickup with you.
- There is no refund for partially used services.
- Avoid carrying heavy luggage during this tour.
- Some attractions on the route may be closed on specific days or weekends; Rayna Tours is not responsible for such closures and no compensation is offered.
- Pickup and drop-off timings may shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Avoid photographing people without their permission, particularly in more conservative areas.
- Dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces on the route.
- Eating, drinking and smoking inside the transfer vehicle is not permitted.
