Pickup & transfers
Meeting point: Zabeel Park (accessible through Gate 6 and Gate 7), Dubai.
Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- A roundtrip hotel transfer can be added at booking, with pickup available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
- Transfer timing can vary depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location.
- Follow all posted and verbal safety instructions from Dubai Garden Glow staff.
- Animals and pets are not allowed inside the park.
- Appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
- Use only the designated walkways, passages, and exits inside the park.
- Outside food, drinks, and smoking are not permitted inside the venue.
- Last entry is one hour before the park's closing time.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the transfer vehicle.
