If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Lunch is only included if you choose an option with lunch, either a buffet at Hatta Fort Hotel or a picnic lunch
- The pottery and carpet market is busiest on Fridays and Saturdays, with only a few stalls open on other days
- Pickup from areas outside Dubai hotels and residences can be arranged on request, for an additional surcharge
- Pickup and drop off times on shared transfers can shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location
- Seating on shared transfers is arranged by the guide at boarding, based on availability
- There is no refund for partly used services, and a full no-show fee applies if you are not at the pickup point at the agreed time
- This is a full day trip combining an off-road mountain drive with heritage, dam and market stops
