If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book

- Pregnant women, and anyone with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, or major surgery in the past six months, cannot take part in the activities
- Height, weight and age requirements vary by activity and package, so check before booking
- Secure glasses or sunglasses with an elastic strap during activities
- Do not carry sharp objects in your pockets
- Closed, supportive footwear is required; flip-flops, sandals, sliders, high heels and bare feet are not allowed
- Dress should be culturally appropriate
- Long hair must be tied back for safety
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the park
