If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport with you to the venue
- Pregnant women and anyone with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, or major surgery in the past six months should not take part in these activities
- Check the child policy and the height and weight guidelines for each activity before booking, since requirements vary by activity
- Secure glasses or sunglasses with a strap, since loose eyewear is a safety risk during activities
- Leave sharp objects out of your pockets
- Closed, supportive footwear is required; flip flops, high heels, sandals, sliders and bare feet are not allowed
- Wear culturally appropriate clothing
- Eating and drinking are not allowed on the attractions themselves
- Tie back long hair before starting any activity
- Smoking is not permitted on site
- Overstaying your allotted activity time, or not returning safety equipment on time, may incur an extra charge; equipment must be returned 15 minutes before the park closes, with activities closing 30 minutes before closing time
- Shortened activities due to bad weather are not eligible for a refund
