If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Children aged 2 years and above are allowed on board.
- Passengers who weigh more than 140 kg cannot be accepted for the flight.
- Pregnant women can fly up to 32 weeks; beyond that, it is at their own risk.
- A maximum of 5 passengers is allowed per helicopter.
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time; arriving later may be treated as a no-show.
- Carry your original passport; e-copies are not accepted for the helicopter ride.
- Hotel pickup, where selected, is arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
- Inclusions can vary slightly by ride option, so check your selected option before booking.
- Every passenger is insured in line with UAE Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions, and routes may vary due to air traffic control or operational considerations.
- Smoking, food and drinks are not allowed on board.
- If your booking is not confirmed, a refund will be processed.
