If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- An Emirates ID or passport copy is required for each passenger at the time of booking, in line with Gulf Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
- Complete the online waiver and upload your ID at least 24 hours before the flight; passengers without these documents cannot fly.
- A valid WhatsApp number is required for the reservation.
- Your exact pickup time is shared the evening before your flight, generally between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
- Be at your pickup point at least 10 minutes early, as a delay could cause the flight to be cancelled.
- Pickup and drop-off times can shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Children under 5 and adults over 70 are not permitted to fly, and the maximum weight limit is 119 kg.
- Pregnant women, and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are not permitted to fly.
- Guests should be in good physical condition, able to climb in and out of the basket and hold a brace position for landing.
- Wear comfortable, casual clothing along with closed shoes or boots rather than high heels.
- Not recommended for anyone with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, a recent major surgery, or a fear of heights.
- Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions; a weather cancellation is offered the next available date or a full refund.
