- Children must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
- Free admission is available for people of determination.
- Last entry is one hour before the venue closes.
- Tickets can be used once only and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Lost, damaged or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged.
- If your booking includes a hotel transfer, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle are not permitted.
- The venue uses bright lighting effects, including flashes and strobes, which may not suit guests with photosensitivity.
