If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- The cruise operates on Fridays and Saturdays only, during Ramadan.
- Boarding starts at 6 pm at Dubai Marina, with departure at 6:30 pm.
- Hotel pickup is arranged from centrally located Dubai hotels, with a separate pickup point for guests near Sharjah Sahara Centre.
- The Iftar buffet includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- A separate prayer space for Salah is set up on board.
- The cruise runs only during the Ramadan season each year.
- Cruise operation is subject to availability.
- Free cancellation is available up to 6 hours before the cruise departs.
