Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport for verification before the activity
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the day of the activity
- You must weigh between 40 kg and 120 kg, and be at least 122 cm tall, to take the ride
- Wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed toe shoes; skirts, dresses, flip flops and other loose footwear are not allowed
- Tie back long hair and avoid large accessories such as earrings and bracelets
- Small lockers are provided for personal items such as bags, wallets, keys and phones
- Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or any substance that affects judgement, for your own safety
- Arrive 30 minutes before your booked time slot

- Availability is subject to confirmation; if a booking cannot be confirmed, a refund is processed
