If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Bring your original passport or Emirates ID to present at the counter.
- Bring your own swimwear and a towel.
- You must be able to swim and paddle independently.
- Life jackets are mandatory and are provided for every session.
- Kayaking is restricted to designated safe zones on the water.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your session for the safety briefing.
- Participants should weigh between 45 and 100 kilograms for a stable, safe ride.
- Minimum age: 13 years. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- This activity is not suitable for young children or infants.
- A hotel transfer can be added to your booking if you select that option.
