If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a photo ID, since it may be requested at entry
- Where booked, pickup is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only
- There is no refund for unused or partially used services once the visit has started
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the park
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park
- Transfer timings may shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your pickup location
- Free parking is available for visitors, with valet service offered for guests who prefer it
- Some rides or attractions may be closed for maintenance or upgrades on any given day and are subject to availability
