Pickup areas covered

If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.

Before you book

  • Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
  • There are no refunds for unused or partially used services.
  • Entry can be refused if you do not follow the venue's rules and regulations.
  • Loco Bear is not liable for loss, injury or damage sustained during your visit.
  • If an attraction is out of service for technical reasons, no compensation is offered.
  • Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the transfer vehicle if you book a transfer.
  • During Ramadan, hours change to Monday to Friday 12 pm to 11 pm and Saturday to Sunday 10 am to 11 pm.
