If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- The cruise departs from Pier 7, next to Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Marina.
- Guests under 18 years old are not permitted on Friday sailings.
- The cruise lasts approximately two hours.
- Drinks served depend on the brunch package selected at booking, ranging from soft drinks only up to a package that includes alcoholic drinks.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the cruise.
- Roundtrip hotel transfers can be added at booking; without this option you will need to make your own way to Pier 7.
- The cruise is conducted in English.
- Guests under 18 years old are not permitted on Friday sailings
