Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry valid ID or a passport with you.
- Senior citizens who are UAE nationals or residents aged 60 and above can get complimentary tickets by booking directly at the counter with valid ID.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are available on site.
- Last admission to the museum is at 5:30 pm.
- The service provider is not responsible if part of the museum is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum.
- Louvre Abu Dhabi is closed on Mondays.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during any tour that includes a transfer.
