If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid passport or Emirates ID, required for identification at the boarding point.
- If a transfer is included with your booking, it is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only, not from the airport.
- Report at the boarding location 20 minutes before your tour time if you have not booked a transfer.
- Participants must weigh at least 15 kilograms to take part in this activity.
- All passengers must wear a life jacket throughout the ride.
- Pregnant women, heart patients and guests with back problems are strictly not recommended to take this ride.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside transfer vehicles, where a transfer is included.
