Where to meet
Meeting point: Dubai Festival City Mall (beside the IMAGINE Show)
Before you book
- Report at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled 7 pm departure.
- A hotel pickup, when selected, is arranged only from your Dubai hotel or residence, not from the airport.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the cruise.
- On dry days, entertainment is paused and alcohol is not served, in line with UAE government guidelines.
- There is no rescheduling or refund if you do not report in time and are marked a no-show.
- Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed onboard.
- Free parking is available at Dubai Festival City Mall.
- A food menu is available on request so you can check what is served before booking.
