Not included
- All personal expenses spent on shopping, drinks, and dining during your time at the airport.

Where to meet
Meeting point: Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1 area A; Terminal 2/3 departure area before check-in; Al Maktoum/DWC departure area)
Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport with you
- Terminal 1: the Marhaba counter is in area A
- Terminal 2: the counter is in the departure area before check-in
- Terminal 3: the counter is in the departure area before check-in, near entrance gates 1 and 2
- Al Maktoum (DWC): the counter is in the departure area
- Bronze and Silver Meet and Greet are shared services, so you may be grouped with other passengers; Gold is exclusive and not on a sharing basis
- A hand baggage trolley must be requested in advance, at the time of booking
- Buggy transfer through the airport terminals is subject to availability and access
- Service is subject to availability; if a booking cannot be confirmed, a refund will be processed
