Before you book
- Tickets are valid for a two-hour session at your booked time slot; please arrive on time, since late arrival may cut into your visit.
- ID proof is required for every guest at arrival.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult, and adults may not enter without a child.
- The Toddler's Gallery is designed for children aged 23 months and below; toddler tickets can be purchased directly at OliOli.
- Bring socks for the shoe-free zones and a change of clothes for kids taking part in water activities.
- Dress modestly, in line with UAE customs.
- The museum is elevator and wheelchair-accessible, with baby-changing stations and nursing rooms available.
- Animals are not allowed inside, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your visit.
- If a transfer option is added at booking, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
