Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- It is mandatory to provide Emirates ID copy / Passport copy for each passenger at the time of booking, per GCAA regulations. Update the copy via the waiver link 24 hours before the flight and sign the waiver form on site.
- A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations.
- If the hot air balloon experience is cancelled due to weather after the overnight stay is completed, guests are eligible for a partial refund and/or rescheduling.
- Sharing transfer is not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, Damac Hills, Sharjah and other emirates.
- Private transfers are available from Dubai and other emirates at an additional cost.
- The exact pickup time is shared the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
- Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Shared transfer pick-up and drop-off times can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic.
- Children under 5 and individuals over 70 will not be permitted to fly; maximum weight limit is 119 kg.
- Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly.
- Minimum age for the Quad bike ride is 16 years.
- A 100% no-show fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment; no alternate tour or refund is arranged.
- Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited from flying.
- Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, major surgery in the past six months, or a fear of heights.
- The maximum weight limit is 119 kg.
- Minimum age for Quad bike ride is 16 years.
- Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure are eligible for 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are 100% charged and not eligible for refund; refunds processed within 5-11 business days.
