Meeting point: Dubai hotels or residences (pickup only; not available from the airport)
Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Pregnant women or guests with back problems are not recommended to take part in the dune bashing.
- Pickup is arranged from Dubai hotels or residences only, not from the airport.
- Pickup from areas other than Dubai hotels or residences can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
- A shared transfer covering Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road up to Marina is available.
- Shared transfer timings can shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your pickup location.
- Guests are not permitted to access the dunes at night; sunrise dune access the next morning is allowed.
- Outside alcohol and personal snacks are not permitted at the camp.
- Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the camp for an additional charge.
- Loud music is not permitted after 1 am to keep the camp peaceful overnight.
- Entertainment activities are not available throughout the night.
- Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back problems (dune bashing)
