Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- A transfer option can be added at booking; pickup and drop-off from your Dubai hotel or residence is arranged only when that option is selected.
- Pickup is not available from the airport.
- Guests staying outside the city centre may be charged an additional surcharge for pickup, on request.
- If you do not select a transfer option, report directly to Palm Views East Marina 30 minutes before the 8 pm departure.
- During Ramadan or on dry days, live entertainment and alcohol are not served, in line with government guidelines.
- The cruise departs at 8 pm and runs for about two hours.
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before departure.
- Instant confirmation is provided at the time of booking.
