Pickup & transfers
Meeting point: Launch site in Margham, inside the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, roughly an hour's drive from central Dubai.
Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- A passport or Emirates ID copy for each passenger is required at booking and uploaded at least 24 hours before the flight, with a signed waiver form completed on site.
- A valid WhatsApp number is required at booking.
- Exact pickup time, usually between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm, is shared the evening before the flight.
- Arrive at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early.
- Children under 5, adults over 70, and guests above 119 kg without prior pilot approval cannot fly.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
- Guests must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and hold a brace position for landing.
- Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.
- Not suitable for guests with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, major surgery within the past six months, or a fear of heights.
- Wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed shoes; avoid high heels.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to fly, and heavy luggage cannot be carried on board.
- Flights depend on weather conditions and the pilot's judgment; a weather cancellation is rebooked or fully refunded.
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before the tour receive a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded.
- Children under 5, adults over 70, and guests above the 119 kg weight limit without prior pilot approval cannot fly.
