If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a soft copy of a valid ID or passport for verification on the day.
- Pickup takes place about 60 to 90 minutes before your selected slot, depending on location and desert conditions.
- Dress smart casual or elegant evening wear that still works outdoors; closed shoes or flat footwear recommended.
- Heavy luggage is not permitted.
- Not recommended for pregnant guests, since this experience includes desert driving.
- Guests wishing to drive the dune buggy themselves must be at least 20 years old, or younger if holding a valid driving license; minimum age to join as a passenger is 5 years.
- Outside food, alcohol and personal snacks are not permitted unless pre-approved.
- This setup suits romantic dinners, proposals, anniversaries and birthday celebrations for two.
- No refunds are provided for partially used services.
- Not recommended for pregnant guests.
